GE – Doha, Qatar – The GT Lead Technical Assistance Engineer will be working in the ME GS Technical Services organization and in this role he/she will provide the highest level of technical support to ensure the maximum reliability of our products and meet customer’s expectations. Essential Responsibilities • Accountable for all technical problems on GE O&G gas turbines (PGT10, MS3002, MS5001, MS5002, MS6001, MS7001 and MS9001) installed in Middle East • Follow internal processes for customer claim management and meet responsiveness targets • Develop Root Cause Analysis and coordinate with other GS functions for corrective action implementation • Attend customer technical meetings • Follow Lessons Learned process to provide technical feedback to the GT engineering team • Provide troubleshooting guidance to customers and FSEs • Provide technical advice to other GS functions during the preparation of non-standard offers (ITO phase) • Provide technical support to other GS function during the execution of co – Permanent – Full-time
